1. What we collect
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and a securely hashed password (or OAuth identity if you sign in with Google). When you use the app, we store the strategies, backtests, and trading bots you create, and billing metadata associated with your subscription.
2. How we use it
We use your data to operate the service: authenticating you, running your backtests and bots, processing payments, and communicating with you about your account. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Third parties
We use Stripe to process payments and store billing details on our behalf, and a market data provider to source price data. We share only what's necessary for those services to function.
4. Data retention and account deletion
When you delete your account, it is immediately deactivated — you can no longer sign in, any active trading bots are stopped, and your subscription is cancelled. For accounting, fraud prevention, and legal-compliance reasons, some records may be retained for a limited period after deletion rather than immediately and permanently erased; this retention window and process should be finalized during legal review of this policy.
5. Security
We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, hashed passwords, access controls) to protect your data, but no system is completely secure.
6. Your rights
You can access and update your account details from Account Settings, and request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
