1. Who we are
GoldBot ("we," "us," "our") provides a web application for building, backtesting, and running automated trading strategies for gold (XAU/USD). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Not financial advice
GoldBot is a software tool. Nothing in the app — strategy templates, backtest results, robustness scores, or any other output — is financial, investment, or trading advice. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past backtest performance does not guarantee future results, live or simulated. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions and strategies you build, deploy, or run.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be legally permitted to trade the instruments you configure strategies for in your jurisdiction.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period unless you delete your account, in which case your subscription is cancelled immediately.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to violate any applicable law or the terms of any broker or data provider we integrate with.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings, which stops any active bots, cancels any subscription, and deactivates your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
